Has anyone ever told you that you are addictive?
Once anyone has been in your company for a while they become hooked on you! So they keep coming back for more.
An addiction is habit forming , a need. Usually addiction is regarded negatively, and in many cases addiction is a negative thing to be avoided.
But not always, and not necessarily. You are addictive in a positive way.
It is just the way you are. The way you are made. It isn’t something to regret. But it is something of which you do need to be aware.
You are palatable. There is about you a sort of aroma, that attracts. And you look delectable too. Overall, you are well presented as nutritious, that which will be of benefit to one fortunate to be able to partake.
You are like a symbiosis : a relationship between two that benefits both.
Symbiotic is the opposite of parasitic. A parasite benefits one only, and is detrimental to the other.
In a symbiotic relationship, whatever is taken, will be given back in one or other way. So there develops a dual, two-way flow between the two which is to be welcomed, not feared.
It is easy to develop a taste for you.
Soon, and sometime, Someone will come your way who will not be able to get enough of you. This results in a relationship becoming long-term, with a two-way flow.
That is an addictive relationship – of great benefit to you both, whether it happens in February, or at any other time of year. Wait. Watch. With hope. With confidence.
When this addiction arrives, it endures.
