The Mana Pools game area is like no other, in that it is the only one I know of where visitors are permitted to leave their vehicle, and walk far and wide on their own, without game guards. I have visited this area four times and never seen or met a game guard. This may sound foolish, but it is safe so long as walkers use their common sense, and remember the wild life are at home, and they are the visitor. So behave like a visitor. You are among wild life who are in their own environment, are in most cases bigger than you, stronger than you, and mostly better looking than you! So respect them.
My photography is not in the same league as that seen in this video, but these are my take on Mana.
